Three squat variations. One simple goal — get stronger. This week’s Workout of the Week is all about control, confidence, and load progression. You’ll move from the most demanding position — the Overhead Squat — down through Front Squats, finishing heavy with Back Squats

5 Sets of 2 Reps Each of:
- Overhead Squat
- Front Squat
- Back Squat
